In 2025, the Northern Rivers Wildlife Hospital (NRWH) opened its doors as a state-of-the-art facility for our native species. We are community-owned and funded, and 100% committed to providing free, world-class veterinary care to sick and injured wildlife.

We are now looking for a Philanthropy Manager to join our leadership team. This isn’t just a fundraising job; it’s a chance to build a legacy. As our Philanthropy Manager, you will be the architect of our financial sustainability, turning community passion into clinical impact.

What you’ll bring

  • Leadership in fundraising or business development.
  • The “gift of the gab” and the “science of the ask”, you are as comfortable writing a $100k grant as you are meeting a donor for coffee.
  • A strategic mindset and experience managing a high-performing team.
  • A genuine passion for wildlife conservation.
