On Site at NRWH

It’s an exciting time at NRWH! We’re making great progress toward our opening.

Right now, lots of behind-the-scenes work is happening—like installing our new ventilation system to keep fresh air circulating and minimise the risk of zoonotic pathogens for everyone inside. It’s cutting-edge and crucial for keeping our team and animals safe!

We’ve also completed much of the concreting, and key equipment like the surgical table and autoclave has arrived. Internal walls are going up and we can really see the clinic taking shape. While we don’t have an exact opening date yet, we’re getting closer to being able apply for our occupancy certificate with Ballina Council. We’re excited to open as soon as possible and will keep you updated!

Thanks again to our volunteer photographer Mark Davis from Real Photo Pro for these great shots.
