Ninian is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and has a strong interest in governance, policy development, and financial management, especially within small clubs and societies.
A passionate advocate for animal welfare and environmental conservation, Ninian is actively involved in charitable work. He supports a variety of causes as both a member and donor, aligning his personal values with the mission of the Northern Rivers Wildlife Hospital.
