As a dedicated wildlife veterinarian, Dr Helen Cahill has a deep passion for Australian wildlife, habitat preservation, and multidisciplinary conservation. Growing up on the Far South Coast of NSW, on a rural property bordering Deua National Park, Helen developed a lifelong love for the natural world and a strong connection to wildlife.
With a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and a Master of Veterinary Studies in Conservation Medicine, Helen brings a wealth of expertise to her work. She has spent the past three years living in the Northern Rivers region, based in Wilson’s Creek, where she is committed to making a meaningful and sustainable impact in wildlife conservation. Helen’s goal is to protect native species and habitats, contributing to the long-term health of the region’s ecosystems.
