Our region is home to some of Australia’s most unique and vulnerable wildlife – but right now, local carers, vets and wildlife hospitals are under a huge amount of pressure. There are simply not enough facilities, staff and resources to meet the tragic demand. Can you help?
The Northern Rivers Wildlife Hospital Ltd is a community-owned, ACNC-registered charity and donations over $2 are tax-deductible in Australia.
Every contribution helps fund day-to-day operations, improving the chances for our precious wildlife in need.
$50 – Buys specialised milk for raising orphaned wildlife
$80 – Provides a stethoscope for our vet team
$100 – Will cover the cost of pain relief for several wildlife patients during their hospitalisation
Or, choose the amount that feels right for you.
You can make your donation a one-off, daily, weekly, quarterly or annually. For a monthly donation, check out our Hospital Heroes!
You’ll receive a thank you/confirmation email and receipt, and we’ll also stay in touch with our Wildlife Watch Newsletter.

One-off donations make a difference — monthly gifts change lives!
Every single donation helps us provide vital care for sick and injured native animals. But if you’re looking to make an even bigger impact, consider joining our community of Hospital Heroes with a monthly gift.
Monthly donations help us plan ahead, respond faster, and provide ongoing care to wildlife in need — every single day.
