Our current Opening Hours are:

Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm

Saturday and Sunday 11am – 1pm (unless advised)

Important Information About NRWH

Because we’re a fully operational hospital, our facilities are set up to provide calm and focused care—which means we don’t offer public tours or drop-in visits. We do occasionally welcome small, pre-arranged groups for educational purposes or special stakeholder events, always making sure the animals’ well-being comes first.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to give our wildlife patients the very best chance at a healthy, happy return to their natural homes!
