From a young age, Bronte’s deep passion for the natural world has inspired her lifelong commitment to protecting wildlife and preserving the environment. With over 17 years of hands-on experience, Bronte has worked with a diverse range of native Australian fauna and endangered species across multiple institutions. Her career spans a variety of roles, including qualified zookeeper, educational guide, veterinary nurse, team leader, threatened species wildlife officer, practice manager, and business operations manager.
Bronte believes that the future of Australia’s biodiversity depends on education, community engagement, and sustainable practices. As an advocate for conservation, she is dedicated to raising awareness and empowering communities to actively participate in protecting native wildlife. Bronte’s leadership at the Northern Rivers Wildlife Hospital reflects her passion for delivering exceptional care to injured and orphaned animals and building a connected, environmentally-conscious community.
