Adam Dawson brings extensive expertise in agribusiness, project management, and biodiversity conservation. As a qualified Stock and Station Agent and dryland farmer, Adam has more than a decade of executive experience managing land and conservation projects across NSW, working with both Government and not-for-profit sectors.
Adam previously served as the Revolving Fund Manager for the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust (BCT) and the Nature Conservation Trust of NSW (NCT). In these roles, he specialised in procuring land under private treaty, facilitating biodiversity conservation and offset projects with private landowners to secure lasting environmental outcomes.
